REFUND, RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
At Carmen's Ceramica LLC, customers can expect one-of-a-kind handmade ceramic pieces that took at least several weeks to make. This art medium is not forgiving, and I am a perfectionist at worst, so you can confidently trust that I will use all my knowledge and skills within the craft to make your order right. To maintain a sense of sustainability within my art business, I am not able to process refunds, accept returns, or provide exchanges but please let me know of any issues with your order. I will do my best to make sure you are provided with every opportunity to be satisfied with your order.
All pieces have their own unique shop listing and therefore the piece you receive will be of that exact piece captured in the images of the respective listing you added to your cart. When shop listings are "Out of Stock," I leave them up so that customers can get an idea of all the available and current styles of my art. In those instances, customers can click "Notify When Available" and I will do my best to replicate that piece. Once replications are finished, I will update listings with photos of those current pieces available so customers can look back to see if they are still interested in that style. This process is all to avoid dissatisfaction with the end result and the inevitability that not one ceramic piece is alike.
If customers become concerned of delivery time of their order, I will continue to communicate updates and remind them of the indicated creation and delivery estimates. If I fail to meet my timing estimates, I will work with the customer to figure out the best solutions to resolve the issues at hand. Total Costs of Shipping

Customers are responsible for paying the total cost of shipping for their order. The amount of shipping is automatically calculated based on the general weight of the purchased ceramic pieces compared to the average costs of shipping per weight at USPS

I try my best to use recycled materials (used cardboard boxes and used bubblewrap). This helps save me money and reduces the carbon footprint of my business.

Estimated shipping times for North America is 1 to 2 weeks. Actual delivery times will vary depending on customer selection at checkout.

Due to my no returns, refunds, or exchanges policy, customers are not liable for return-shipping fees since there won't be a need. In special circumstances, I will work with customers to figure out the best solutions for unique issues.
